William L Arnest

LT Arnest was born in Honolulu, HI on July 3^rd, 1984.  He graduated from Punahou School in 2003.  He graduated from the U. S. Naval Academy, commissioned in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations.

LT Arnest reported to the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command in October of 2009, attending the Submarine Officer Basic Course in 2010, and completing the Submarine training pipeline in 2011.  He returned home to Hawaii in June of 2011, reporting aboard the USS LA JOLLA (SSN-701), and serving as the Electrical Officer, Damage Control Assistant and Assistant Weapons Officer.  In 2014 he left LA JOLLA, reporting to the staff of Commander, U.S. Naval Forces, Central Command for a one year assignment with Combined Maritime Forces.  He reported to his current assignment at NROTC Unit, The George Washington University in August of 2015.

LT Arnest serves as the unit Submarine/Nuclear represenative as well as serving as the 2/C advisor.
